MaidSenseSC is a branch of Cleaning Co Ladies which was founded in 1989 by my mother Deborah. In 2012 I began seeking our different avenues to make the business grow and allow more subcontractors and employees to be hired. During the pandemic I decided to retire my time as a Property Manager and put my full effort into doing what I loved which is cleaning. Cleaning has always been something I have been good at because at the tender age of 6 my mom was already training me on laundry, making beds, dusting furniture and loading dishwashers. At 14 I was cleaning commercial buildings under her supervision. By the time I was 20 I was already able to layout contracts, clean on my own and close deals on my own.

I decided to develop MaidSenseSC to cater to parents who want to be home with their children once school was out. I do not want parents cleaning late at night unless it is their choice but I truly believe parents should be home with their kids when they want to. The hours and scheduling I created for this branch is to allow workers to work while their children are in school and be off in time to get them off the bus or to prepare dinner. As a mother I know what it is like to miss practices, milestones and the little things that matter and MaidSenseSC is about giving that time back.

And to introduce myself. I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband, and we have 4 kids. Two of our children are grown but we do have a 14- and 7-year-old still with us. I worked in Property Management for years as well as Retail Management and Financial Management. While running MaidSenseSC and Cleaning CO Ladies, I have been blessed to be able to work as a Middle School teacher assistant at a mental and behavioral facility.
